Shared Account
A subscription account shared among multiple users under predefined rules and limitations.


2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility

Users must be legally eligible to use online services under the laws of Bangladesh or the jurisdiction from which they access etokom.com. If the user is a minor, guardian consent is required.

2.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including login details and verification codes. All activities conducted through a user’s account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service termination without refund:

Etokom reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts violating these rules.


3. Products and Services

3.1 Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice due to supplier or system limitations.

3.2 Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on etokom.com are subject to change. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment processing.

3.3 Refund, Return, and Exchange

All refund, return, and exchange matters are governed by the official Etokom Return, Refund and Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.


4. Service Hours

Etokom’s standard service hours are:

Orders placed outside service hours will be processed during the next active service window. Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances, and customers are expected to cooperate in such cases.


5. Product Delivery Policy

Products may be delivered through one or more of the following channels:

  • Etokom customer dashboard
  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Facebook Messenger

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and valid contact information. Etokom will not be liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect details.

Typical delivery time ranges from 5 minutes to 3 hours. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Support is not provided via email. All support requests must be communicated through WhatsApp or Etokom’s official Facebook page.


6. Warranty and Support Policy

Etokom provides warranty support for eligible products within the specified warranty period.

Warranty will be void if:

  • The warranty period has expired
  • Delivery rules or usage guidelines are violated
  • Issues arise due to customer error, negligence, or device-related problems

If required, technical assistance may be provided via TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

Support response time during the warranty period may range from 10 minutes to up to 48 hours, depending on the nature of the issue.


7. Shared Account Terms

Shared accounts are offered to make digital services more affordable for students and general users.

  • Device limits and login restrictions must be strictly followed
  • Sharing accounts with others or reselling them is strictly prohibited
  • Violations will result in immediate service cancellation without refund

Shared accounts remain the property of Etokom and are provided under controlled access conditions.


8. Limitation of Liability

Etokom is not the creator or owner of third-party digital services listed on the platform. Etokom acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers.

Etokom shall not be held liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers
  • Account issues resulting from policy changes by original service providers
  • Losses due to misuse of the website or violation of these Terms

Users agree to indemnify Etokom against any claims arising from misuse of services or violation of intellectual property rights.


9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes may be governed and resolved under the applicable laws of Bangladesh, subject to mutual agreement.


10. Updates to Terms

Etokom reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of etokom.com constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
