প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিজস্ব কিছু নিয়ম ও নীতিমালা থাকে, etokom.com তার ব্যতিক্রম নয়। আমাদের সাথে একটি সুন্দর ও স্বচ্ছ সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখতে, সকল গ্রাহককে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে অর্ডার করার আগে আমাদের Terms & Conditions ভালোভাবে পড়ে নেওয়ার জন্য।
প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা
• সকল প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার শুধুমাত্র etokom.com ড্যাশবোর্ড এর মাধ্যমে করতে হবে। Email, Messenger অথবা WhatsApp এর মাধ্যমে কোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ করা হয় না।
• অর্ডার করার জন্য অবশ্যই Signup / Login করা বাধ্যতামূলক। একাউন্ট ছাড়া কোনো প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।
• ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হলে গ্রাহককে WhatsApp/SMS এর মাধ্যমে জানানো হতে পারে। তাই অর্ডার দেওয়ার সময় অবশ্যই একটি সঠিক ও সচল WhatsApp নাম্বার ব্যবহার করুন।
• আমরা Email এর মাধ্যমে কোনো ধরনের সাপোর্ট প্রদান করি না। সাপোর্ট পেতে হলে WhatsApp অথবা আমাদের অফিসিয়াল Facebook Page-এ যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
• সাধারণত প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি সময় সর্বনিম্ন ৫ মিনিট থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৩ ঘণ্টা। বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি ২৪ ঘণ্টা পর্যন্ত সময় নিতে পারে।
• যদি বিশেষ কোনো কারণে ডেলিভারিতে দেরি হয়, তাহলে তা গ্রাহকের সাথে আলোচনা করে জানানো হবে। আলোচনা ছাড়া নির্ধারিত সময় অতিক্রম হলে গ্রাহক রিফান্ড পাওয়ার যোগ্য হবেন।
• Urgent ডেলিভারি রিকোয়েস্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। অর্ডার করার আগে ডেলিভারি সময় সম্পর্কে ভালোভাবে জেনে নিন।
ওয়ারেন্টি ও সাপোর্ট নীতিমালা
• সকল প্রোডাক্ট নির্দিষ্ট শর্ত অনুযায়ী ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্টসহ প্রদান করা হয়, ইনশাআল্লাহ।
• কিছু প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টি সময় সীমাবদ্ধ। নির্ধারিত সময় পার হয়ে গেলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
• ডেলিভারির সময় দেওয়া নিয়ম বা নির্দেশনা ভঙ্গ করলে (যেমন: পলিসি ভায়োলেশন) ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হয়ে যাবে।
• গ্রাহকের ভুল, অবহেলা অথবা ডিভাইসজনিত সমস্যার কারণে তৈরি হওয়া ইস্যুর জন্য কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
• আমাদের সাপোর্ট সময়: সকাল ১০টা থেকে রাত ১টা (GMT+6)।
• ওয়ারেন্টি চলাকালীন আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি এই সময়ের মধ্যেই সাপোর্ট দিতে। তবে বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে কিছুটা সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে—এক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহকের সহযোগিতা কাম্য।
• যেসব প্রোডাক্টে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য, সেসব ক্ষেত্রে নির্ধারিত নিয়ম মেনে চললে আমরা After-Sales Support দিয়ে থাকি।
• প্রয়োজনে গ্রাহককে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়ার জন্য TeamViewer / UltraViewer এর মাধ্যমে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হতে পারে।
• আমাদের কোনো সাপোর্ট প্রতিনিধির সাথে অশালীন আচরণ বা গালিগালাজ করলে গ্রাহকের সার্ভিস তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে বাতিল করা হবে এবং কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
• এটি একটি অনলাইন ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস হওয়ায় কিছু অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতিতে সাপোর্ট দিতে ১০ মিনিট থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টা সময় লাগতে পারে। অর্ডার করার সময় গ্রাহককে এই বিষয়টি মাথায় রেখে ধৈর্য ধরতে হবে।

To maintain a transparent and healthy relationship, we request all customers to read our Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order.
Product Delivery Policy
• All product orders must be placed through the etokom.com dashboard only. Orders via email, Messenger, or WhatsApp are not accepted.
• Signup / Login is mandatory to place an order. We cannot deliver products without an active account.
• After delivery is completed, customers may be notified via WhatsApp/SMS. Please ensure you provide a valid and active WhatsApp number.
• No support is provided via email. All support is handled through WhatsApp or our official Facebook page.
• Standard delivery time ranges from 5 minutes to 3 hours. In special cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
• If delivery is delayed beyond the stated time without prior discussion, the customer will be eligible for a refund.
• Urgent delivery requests are not supported. Please understand the delivery timeline before placing an order.
Warranty & Support Policy
• All products come with warranty support, subject to specific product terms.
• Some products have a limited warranty period. Warranty will not apply after the stated duration.
• Warranty will be void if: Usage rules are violated Policy abuse occurs Issues arise due to customer error or device-related problems
• Our support hours are 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM (GMT+6).
• During the warranty period, support may take 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the situation.
• Technical assistance may be provided via TeamViewer / UltraViewer if required.
• Any abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our support team will result in immediate service cancellation without refund.
• As this is a digital service, delays may occur in unavoidable situations. By placing an order on etokom.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Replacement and Refund Policy
রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি ( Bangla )
প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্টের জন্য নির্ধারিত কিছু নিয়ম ও শর্ত থাকে। etokom.com থেকে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করার আগে সেই প্রোডাক্টের সকল রুলস ভালোভাবে জেনে ও বুঝে অর্ডার করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। প্রোডাক্ট কেনার পর, প্রোডাক্টে উল্লেখিত নিয়মের বাইরে কোনো মন্তব্য বা দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
• সফলভাবে অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়। তবে অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্টটি কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত প্রোডাক্ট পরিবর্তন (Exchange) করা যাবে।
• অর্ডারকৃত ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্ট যদি ড্যামেজ অবস্থায় পাওয়া যায়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য হবে। এক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ আনবক্সিং ভিডিও থাকতে হবে।
• ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে না থাকলে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে, অন্যথায় প্রোডাক্ট এক্সচেঞ্জ করে দেওয়া হবে।
• bKash, Nagad, Rocket Send Money ও bKash Merchant Gateway এর মাধ্যমে রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ১ কার্যদিবস সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• SSLcommerz Gateway এর মাধ্যমে রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
• গ্রাহক যদি রিফান্ডের জন্য বিবেচিত হন, তাহলে অর্ডার করার সময় থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
• অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট যদি উল্লেখিত বিবরণের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ না হয় অথবা নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• প্রোডাক্ট পারচেজ করার পর ভবিষ্যতে কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দিলে, আমরা আপনাকে পূর্ণ ওয়ারেন্টি সাপোর্ট প্রদান করবো (ইনশাআল্লাহ)। তবে কিছু প্রোডাক্টের ওয়ারেন্টির জন্য নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা রয়েছে। এই সময়সীমা অতিক্রম হলে অথবা ডেলিভারির সময় দেওয়া কোনো রুলস (যেমন: পলিসি ভায়োলেশন) ভঙ্গ করলে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
• অনেক সময় ডিলার সমস্যার কারণে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট আনএভেইলেবল হয়ে যেতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহকের সাথে আলোচনা করে পরবর্তী সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হবে।
• যদি কোনো কারণে অর্ডারকৃত প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে গ্রাহককে পরিশোধিত সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ রিফান্ড করা হবে।
• রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে যদি সমস্যা আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে MFS ফি / চার্জ আমরা বহন করবো। অন্যথায়, সেই চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
• গ্রাহকের ভুল, অবহেলা অথবা ডিভাইসজনিত সমস্যার কারণে সৃষ্ট কোনো ইস্যুর জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy ( English)
We request all customers to carefully understand the specific rules of each product before placing an order on etokom.com. Any claims or comments outside the stated product rules after purchase will not be accepted.
• After an order is successfully placed, no refunds are applicable. However, the ordered product may be exchanged until it is confirmed.
• If a physical product is received in a damaged condition, a return will be applicable, provided that a complete unboxing video is available.
• If the physical product is out of stock, a refund will be issued; otherwise, it will be exchanged.
• Refunds via bKash, Nagad, Rocket Send Money, and bKash Merchant Gateway will be processed within 1 business day.
• Refunds via SSLcommerz Gateway may take 7 to 10 business days.
• If a customer is eligible for a refund, they must submit the request within 24 hours of placing the order.
• If the delivered product does not match the described specifications or fails to be delivered within the promised timeframe, a refund will be applicable.
• In case of any issues after purchase, we provide full warranty support (Insha’Allah). Some products have a specific warranty period. Warranty will not apply if the time limit is exceeded or if any delivery rules (such as policy violations) are breached.
• If a product becomes unavailable due to dealer issues, the next steps will be decided in consultation with the customer.
• If we fail to deliver the ordered product, the full payment will be refunded to the customer.
• If a refund is issued due to an issue from our side, we will bear the MFS fees/charges. Otherwise, the customer will bear the cost.
• No warranty will be applicable for issues caused by customer error or device-related problems.
